Description
Treat Your Mind, Body and Soul (duration 2.5 hour)
This package was created for anyone who has been feeling low of energy, emotionally stuck and needing some deep cleansing through movement, meditation, breath and total body relaxation.
Each of the services offered work with our main Chakra points, allowing for any overactivity in any of those areas to calm down and any of the areas not flowing freely to open up, creating deeper connection with self, clearer thinking and grounding.
What is included:
- Yoga Connect session 45 minutes
- Meditation | Breathwork 15 minutes
- Smudging with Intension Setting 10 minutes
- Reiki Healing 60 minutes OR
- Reiki Massage 45 minutes (neck / back only)
- Refreshments (catered to dietary requirements)
Allow for up to 2.5 hours for this package start to finish.
