Kale Chips

(one of my favourite go to snacks)

Use in my opinion curly kale type to make these

1 bunch kale (wash and dried) MUST BE DRY

2 tablespoon olive oil or great with coconut oil too

Directions Tear or cut leaves then toss into a bowl with the oil and add salt to taste. Lay a sheet of baking paper onto a try and spread out the leaves on to this. Bake approx. 15 minutes on

220c or until crisp to touch. Allow to cool about 10 minutes
