Egg Salad

Ingredients

2 whole eggs (hard boiled and sliced thin)

Small handful spinach or kale

15g pine nuts

8 sundried tomatoes

½ cucumber

6 olives

Directions:

All mixed in a small bowl adding pink salt, pepper, oregano, squeeze lemon and a drizzle of coconut oil or olive oil)
